1. Cy Vance, former DA, Trump hater declined to prosecute this case.
2. The federal elections commission declined to prosecute this case.
3. Alvin Bragg himself declined to prosecute this case until the Biden administration met with him and saddled him with Michael Colangelo. Hello, conflict of interest and election interference.
4. Bragg has dropped 52% of NY felonies to misdemeanors last year alone. The only case whose charges he enhanced were in the Trump case.
5. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor, in order to make it a felony, Bragg must allege these misdemeanors were committed in furtherance of a more serious crime. He has yet to state the crime.
6. Stormy Daniels signed an affidavit stating there was no affair and no hush money, so is she lying now or was she lying then? Her character is completely tainted.
7. Michael Cohen is a convicted liar, he has stated before Trump knew nothing of this hush money, there are rumors he had an affair with Daniels and his lawyer has pictures all over social media with Tish James, Alvin Bragg and Kamala Harris. He has zero credibility, if this was an actual court of law and not a kangaroo court for Democrat clowns. Not to mention this called a conflict of interest.
8. The judge has donated to Joe Biden showing a clear presumption of bias, he should recuse himself but he won’t because he’s purchased to railroad Trump.
9. The judges daughter is profiteering off this trial which is in violation of actual New York law. Judge should recuse himself again but he won’t since he is purchased.
Nothing about this 6 year old business records misdemeanors case is legitimate. It’s all done to get Trump and democrats are willing to light our whole system of jurisprudence on fire because they cannot beat President Trump any other way.
People who have been seated on the jury have all sorts of anti-Trump and pro-Biden stuff all over their social media. They cannot be impartial. The judge knows this and he still refused to excuse them.
This trial was rigged the moment this judge who donated to Biden and whose daughter is profiteering off of this class (against NY law).

Judge Merchan is a disgrace and not a judge in the tradition of Anglo-American jurists. By refusing to allow Donald J. Trump to attend his son Barron’s graduation—something even guilty defendants would be allowed to do—he goes beyond the usual NYC judge selected by Democrat county bosses and is now making entirely political decisions.
Judge Merchan and his family have displayed a sick obsessive, hatred for this defendant. It explains his consistently unfair, unconstitutional and illegal decisions. He is just proving that the NYC so-called court system is part of a one-party political dictatorship. It is a disgrace and embarrassment to all New Yorkers and all fair minded Americans.

Did you even listen to the clip you posted? She called the court to tell them she didn't think she could be fair or impartial due to outside influences who have already figured out her identity. Would you have preferred she stay silent about it? Reminder - this is someone who Trump's lawyer had approved as well so her honesty must have been a trait they valued. It tells me he could also lose but it's not because Trump is popular - their approval ratings are similar and the polling is within the margin of error. They are both unpopular but Biden is suffering from recency bias as the incumbent but that doesn't mean Trump will win. Some people have forgotten how terrible he actually was but when the campaigns kick into high gear, they will be reminded.
