White History Month - Asians Now Classified As Whites to Skew Statistics

Absolutely, but our friend @yoshi121374 has implied that there is some kind of collective threshold that has to be met before a singular incident can be considered discrimination. I want the number …..

I personally think wrong is just wrong ….

and yup, this is why the language from the race peddlers has adjusted slightly. Asians and Indians are now considered “White Adjacent” by these people.

I think trying to start a "white history month" is a terrible look and I'm tired of the Old White dudes trying to act like they have faced discrimination in America. It's BS. We have tons of inherent advantages that we completely take for granted and never even realize.

Notice how the most recent posts aren't about America at all?

Is this one about America?

You know that trying to diversify a business which historically has been extremely segregated is not racist right?

You have yet to tell us what opportunities you have missed out on due to racism.
It’s absolutely racist. It’s the very definition of racism.

We have white history month. Every month. Comes with being the majority demographic.
Good grief. I bet you enjoyed Jay Willams blabbering last night about how black history month should be celebrated every month. How about we celebrate American culture regardless of race? Why does everything have to be about race? I already know the answer- #44.

So was it racist in America for the government to pass laws outlawing not hiring Black people due to their race?

You dont see that there are nuances in play?

Still can't say how you've been hurt by this terrible racism against white men?
Yes. That was racism also. I’m glad you are starting to understand what it is.

Now, how old were you when your mother taught you two wrongs don’t make a right?

How exactly were you harmed by slavery?

What amount of hurt should I, or white people, suffer before we have paid our debts?

Your line of thinking and reasoning is morally wrong and I hope you recognize that. It’s flat out poison and should be ridiculed at every turn.

Exactly. Until we stop seeing color and stop making everything about race we will never overcome our past. Two wrongs will never make a right. Discrimination is wrong no matter who is being discriminated against. We are all the Human Race.

White people recognize slavery as wrong and have profusely apologized for the past. Slavery was a product of the time and not something White People set out to conquer. White people were the first people to abolish slavery despite it being practiced all over the world, by several races, before and after blacks were enslaved.

The notion that white people today should pay for the “sins” that happened multiple generations ago is the embodiment of evil. Two wrongs will never make a right. It teaches division and hate and that is not what a country needs to unite.

The United States will never be united with the divisive policies the left is pushing.

Great post! One of the best

Because nothing was ever done since the end of slavery to discriminate against African Americans. 🤦‍♂️

And white people are discriminated against today. What’s your point? You are good with that?

One of the reasons Black History month is a thing is due to the complete lack of education and knowledge of what Afrian Americans did to help build America.

Modern Black Americans literally have no history that is their own due to the forced capture and enslavement of their people that only ended in the 1860's but didn't truly end until the 1960's. Imagine having no idea of your family roots, who your ancestors were, nothing about your religion, no culture of your own.

America literally stole their history from African Americans. They were forced to take on the names of their slaveholder, they were forced to attend and practice their religion. They were not taught to read or write.

We don't need a White History month, literally the entire history of America that has been taught is White History. You don't like being reminded of what we did to the Black people so you talk about how bad it is, that we shouldn't keep talking about it, that it's divisive etc.

Guess what, the fact it bothers you is called guilt. We should be reminded what we freaking did to them.

I don't have one ounce of guilt for what happened 5+ generations before me. Sorry not sorry.

Why would you feel guilty for something you had absolutely no control over?

Random sidenote but has anyone read about what they found when they did Gable's autopsy? 🤮
I don't know about that but he did have gum disease so he had no real teeth just dentures and, supposedly, horrible breath.

Yeah, I got it wrong - got him and Errol Flynn mixed up haha. I included that report above.

So why do you think a White History month so necessary? You have stated multiple times why you don't like Black History month.

I'm trying to help you understand that celebrating others doesn't denigrate you. There has been plenty of attention given to Whites and what they have done in America.

just point of clarification … “I” am not included in the “We” you are referencing here. If “YOU” or “YOUR” ancestors did some heinous shit that is on “YOU” not me.

I was responding to your rant above. Do you not see the issue in claiming that we should all get over the past because slavery was multiple generations ago and not acknowledging the roughly 100 years of additional racial discrimination that pervasive in both the north and the south after slavery was abolished?
No? OK, cool. I was just checking. Carry on.

Also, the civil rights act was passed in 1964 so that was maybe one generation ago. My Mother was a student in High School in Alabama during the civil rights movement so we aren't talking 5 generations ago.

Are you white? If so, your family and ancestors did heinous shit, as did mine. That's not really debatable.

Are you really this dense?

The whole point of the thread is to point out the hypocrisy. There doesn't need to be a White History month anymore than there needs to be a Black History month.

If we want the wounds to heal stop focusing everything on race.

It's not hypocritical if you'd actually read my post.

Black History month exists because we erased Black History for hundreds of years. Celebrating their accomplishments doesn't hurt White people. Why does it bother you to learn about what Black Americans have done to help our country?

Celebrating others doesn't hurt you.

Divide, divide, divide.

Should we just go back to segregation?

Do you acknowledge that discriminating against white people now is morally wrong, legally wrong, and not the right path forward?

@yoshi121374 supports this. Yet somehow would tear a hole in his panties if the roles were reversed.

Can you imagine if Trump only let White owned businesses participate?

You try way too hard. The city is working with local small businesses to feed immigrants. Many are black or brown owned, not all. Nowhere in the articles I read did they say they didn't allow white businesses.

Do you agree with White owned businesses being excluded? Yes or No?
