agreed. Maybe everyone's comments about Poot's antics are bearing fruit.this is what i expected of the defense - less is more - only ask questions when they poke holes or make an important point - first time in 4 weeks
That didn’t turn out well for prosecutors. This next witness is basically their last chance

State may have to give cousin Eddie a sweetheart deal to nail Alex.
So based on the defense trying to pin the murders on "drug dealers" why would they come after Maggie and Paul instead of Eddie if he's the dealer?Unless they have something in him I don’t see him doing anything but keeping quiet.

At least the judge just reversed his earlier decision and is allowing Eddie and the roadside "shooting" into the trial. That's good for the prosecution. So I’m this case if he doesn’t get jail time for the murder he has the financial issues and now drug charges of thats their go to? Again didn’t watch but of drug dealers are the witch hunt that pretty much throws Alex into that?

You are technically correct. If you are ever sitting in that chair, you will be thankful for it.
I think they are trying to pinpoint the time of death by establishing that paul wasnt typically concerned about his phone dying and was not trying to conserve battery as the defense has suggested. His typical mode of operation was to let battery die and then plug in within minutes. I think the point is to establish beyond doubt that end of phone use correlates to the time of the murders.Wow the state just reiterated phone info that had already been discussed in trial but didn’t provide any new evidence with that witness. Very strange unless it was like someone mentioned on Twitter and was simply to get the jury’s mind away from poor Owen testimony
Cliffs? After today, this case may be over. The state pretty much lost their case today. The Lead investigator from SLED should also be let go.
he tends to do that more when he doesn’t like what is being saidI have a question... Have y'all noticed how AM is always sniffing and clearing his throat ? Reminds me of someone who has a history of snorting cocaine... Maybe that would help explain the millions of dollars spent on drugs, because I don't see how that much could be spent on oxycontin...
You can’t do that much cocaine for 20 years and not have side effects.I have a question... Have y'all noticed how AM is always sniffing and clearing his throat ? Want to get their money back that's owed them. Scare the "moneyman" and get him to pay.So based on the defense trying to pin the murders on "drug dealers" why would they come after Maggie and Paul instead of Eddie if he's the dealer?
None that wouldn’t be visibly noticeable. What kind of drug habit requires 50k per week?
Fits news or wltx19 YouTube pagesI really wanted to see the cross examination of the sled agent but I missed it.
Anyone know where I can rewatch?

I feel like this is typical Southern “oh yea..hes the best in the world…most well known and respected” person hype.based on AGAIN, the defense attorneys opening the door
How so?After today, this case may be over. The state pretty much lost their case today. The Lead investigator from SLED should also be let go.
Bc they shot his testimony to shit. Amazing that Griffin got worked by Dale and Maggie's sister yesterday and the lead SLED was the worst witness/most boring human spawned today and gave Griffin the fastball back. How so?
Back before the murders I read an OLD newspaper article onoine about a barn fire at a Murdough property. Not sure that happened
This happened at Alex’s brothers house. Doesn’t eliminate the possibility that clothes or other evidence was burned. But to be honest, there are much easier and economical ways of getting rid of evidence.Back before the murders I read an OLD newspaper article onoine about a barn fire at a Murdough property.
I found that interesting, wondering if they investigated for arson, but haven't seen anything similar post-murders.
True, but I think we all agree Alex wasn't thinking in a logical sense in the aftermath. So it wouldn't surprise me if he did it in the least effective way thinking it was the best way. This happened at Alex’s brothers house. If it happened before the murders, it was most ineffective.True, but I think we all agree Alex wasn't thinking in a logical sense in the aftermath. So it wouldn't surprise me if he did it in the least effective way thinking it was the best way.
Lol. Very true. If that is the case, check the kennels for a DeLorean with a Flux capacitor...If it happened before the murders, it was most ineffective.
Ahhhm my first laugh of the day!Lol. Very true. If that is the case, check the kennels for a DeLorean with a Flux capacitor...
