roe v wade establishes limits on abortions. it states, explicitly, that states have a great deal of interest in preventing abortions during the 3rd trimester. heres a handy graphic for you. so, while you are right, there are no explicit limitations set out in Colorado law, Colorado has to follow the precedent set by roe and its progeny.
its also worth noting that 3rd trimester abortions are incredibly rare. 2nd trimester abortions are also very very rare.
