I can't believe how stupid or naive some people are. The evidence is already enough to bring charges in a real world and a uncorrupt DOJ. But we currently seem to lack both of those. But the Comer committee is continuing to gather info, making sure that they are dotting the 'i's' and crossing the 't's'. The committee had a guy from Biden Burisima ordeal before the committee Friday. They are also trying to get several more damning documents that the FBI is unwilling to turn over. They also want to get the Ukrainian Burisma executive to come in to testify before the committee, but the US Government is refusing to give him a visa. I imagine the FBI and CIA are probably trying to find him to assassinate him. We know that is not beyond their purview.
Once all is gathered and the investigating committee has put together what they need, they certainly cannot ask the FBI and/or DOJ to investigate. They will need to have a 'Special Council' to do that. But you can be assured that the DOJ is going to do every thing they can do to keep kicking this can down the road. The communists need to win the 2024 election for the President, Senate, and retake the House to be well on their way to tearing down this nation so they can rebuild it (Build Back Better).
