Yeah one has to feel for all the democratic ballot stuffers who spent all summer putting "Biden" on the hundreds of thousands ballots. Now they'll have a ton of work to do to make new ballots after the DNC. "TBD" doesn't work either.
I have no issue with fire fighters or paramedics. I disagree that tax collectors provide public safety.

I agree our criminal justice system has issues, but I’m not ready to do away with enforcement. So I am curious what other models exist.

Maybe you should re-think running a despot for President. This is an election that Republicans could have easily won if they had nominated a normal human being. Running on a message of destroying the other side and turning the country upside down doesn't resonate with most of the country.
I heard Andy Beshear say this morning that his hope for the furure is to have a president that he could allow his children to watch on tv.
