FPOTUS Trump attempted assassination…

Huh?

pulling out of NATO- Trump has made comments about this subject numerous times, including saying that he would tell Putin to do "whatever the hell he wants" to NATO members.

kissing up to autocrats like Putin and Orban- Trump has had Orban at MAL at least twice and told the whole world while at the summit in Europe that he trusted Putin's intel over his own agencies. He regularly talks about his admiration for "strongmen" and last week was doing the same with Jinping.

being in bed with Heritage Foundation nutjobs- he's all over the place with this now that there's been such tremendous blowback to their idiotic agenda, but he's appeared at their functions and been on stage thanking their leaders numerous times. The guy that used to carry his bag for him in the WH as a close personal assistant is on staff there in a prominent role, and one outlet uncovered 140 people who used to work in the Trump administration who have contributed to Project 2025 for the Heritage Foundation, including miscreants like Stephen Miller and Mark Meadows...but Trump doesn't know anything about it lol.

refusing to acknowledge he lost 2020 election- i mean DUH he says this crap all the time

putting his SIL, both sons, and daughter in WH roles- do you really want to question me on this one? most people would find installing your family in the WH as weird, but it's just another day in the MAGA cult. Meanwhile his SIL magically gets a $2B nest egg from the people who helped plan 9/11 when he leaves office. nothing suspicious there.

installing his DIL as RNC co-chair- again, are you disputing a literal fact here? anyone outside the cult finds it highly questionable to install the Botox lady in such a role within the RNC.

funneling RNC funds to his legal cases- this has been well documented repeatedly, which isn't shocking considering who he put in as co-chair. Other downstream Rs have voiced concerns that their campaigns will suffer because so much of the money is being funneled to him.

Muslim ban- He literally created an executive order for this move during his first term and continues to say he will do it again. This info is easily verifiable. How do you even try to dispute it?

disastrous tariffs- Trump's tariffs that he put in place in his first term have been universally panned by economists, and it's estimated that Americans paid an extra $230 billion as a result of his tariffs. The tariffs were also responsible for a net loss in jobs in affected regions. Economists are warning that his new tariff plans would have similarly terrible economic consequences and likely contribute to increased inflation.

overturning Roe v Wade- he brags about this all the time, and we know that the majority of Americans disagree with this position. the fact that a godless heathen who banged a pornstar without protection spearheaded this reversal is the coup de grace.

picking a VP who wants to end no-fault divorces and that battered wives should remain in marriages- JD Vance is literally on video and in print espousing these positions. How is that not factual? He literally said these things more than once.

considering IVF/contraception bans- Trump is once again on the record as saying he will consider these things. Straight from the horse's mouth in interviews. He's all over the place because he lies like he breathes, so I have seen him deny it occasionally, but then he also confirms it depending on the day and his whims.

claiming climate change isn't real- Trump literally called the concept of climate change a "hoax" during a live Fox News interview and has repeated that claim many other places. In 2018 he made news by saying he didn't believe his own government's report warning about issues related to climate change.

dining with avowed Neo-nazis at MAL- In November of 2022, Trump dined with Nick Fuentes who is an avowed white nationalist and Holocaust denyer at MAL. He has long had an association with the Proud Boys, so this wasn't out of character for him. Again, this is a literal fact.

fundamentally downplaying science including saying he will defund schools that require ordinary vaccine- He has been repeating the line about defunding schools for over a year now. His PR initially claimed he was only talking about Covid, but Trump has since then blurred the lines and extended his rhetoric to all vaccines, with health officials saying such a move would be disastrous in keeping diseases that have been largely eradicated for decades at bay.

I've been told facts don't care about your feelings. Sometimes the truth hurts. It frequently does for Trump.
If you can't see most of that for what it truly is, then you just don't want to.

Trump was obviously strong-arming European countries into giving something closer to the agreed upon share in NATO...and it was working.

Normalizing relationships with our enemies was heralded as heroic when Obama was talking about it ...but kissing up? Come on dude. Did you not see how Trump ragdolled Putie-pute during that handshake? 100% boss move by DJT.

Heritage foundation is a think tank with largely mainstream views. This discussion requires its own thread, but I dare say 75% of what they stand for will find popular support.

Inasmuch as some (all?) of the legal attack he is facing is political, why wouldn't you use political funds to fight it?

Muslim ban requires context, and it was largely popular, so hardly extreme.

The tariffs were very bold and panned as disastrous, until they started working. Biden even kept some of them in place.

Roe v Wade....another media fallacy. Most Americans don't want to see 3 trimester abortions...or even 2nd. These could not be curtailed as long as Roe was law.

Yawn wrt Vance. This is just stupid and not worth a response.

Yawn again with IVF thing

More and more scientist are pumping the break on climate change. The Earth is warming. This is known. Humans are causing an imperceptibly and immeasurably small amount of it. Obama's former chief of science wrote a book about this called "Unsettled". You should read it. There are fewer tornadoes, fewer wildfires, and fewer or hurricanes in North America than it's ever been measured. These are concrete and irrefutable facts. As the Earth's climate has warmed, North America's climate has actually become more moderate.

These views are hardly extreme

If you want to use anecdotal evidence, my company is doing much better under Biden. America's economy is thriving. The stock market is setting records, unemployment is near record lows, and home values are way up. How are your 401k and other investment portfolios doing? Mine are doing very well.
I can’t think of an aspect of my life that the office of President has affected.

The only source on the fragments was the police on the scene that day. And now yesterday the director of the FBI says there is some question as to whether or not he was struck by a bullet.

I don't disagree with your post, and it doesn’t mitigate the fact that he was shot at (in all likelihood). But, Trump damn well knows the power of that story, and the imagery surrounding it, is greater if he took a bullet rather than merely being hit by a flying fragment of something. His ear is apparently totally undamaged based on photo evidence of his appearances this week.
Dude you are being a total @$$ here and it doesn't help your cause. The bullets that missed Trump killed one and severely injured two others and you and tboon are saying it's a fake. This is ridiculous.

Police don't stop looking for every detail and fact in an investigation just because the perpetrator died in the commission of the crime. The fact that it was a candidate for POTUS only adds to the necessity of getting to as much of the truth of the matter that they possibly can.

You, or anyone, are never going to persuade me by arguing the truth isn't relevant.
I never see any enthusiasm to get every detail of truth from you regarding the many Democrat scandals bro.

I'm not saying it wasn't a real shooting. I never said that or even implied it.

Wow, you’re a disgrace and a complete embarrassment to this board. Walk away you hypocrite and gfy you little tard.
Quit the board, no one likes you here nor your neighbors in Greenville.
Sorry, buddy. Perhaps you could JD Vance your couch.

LOL!!! What are you insinuating then exactly that even matters a little?
I'm not making any insinuations. I'm saying explicitly, in no uncertain terms, I do not believe Trump was struck by a bullet.

Not saying this to be rude, but I've already said this numerous times.

Are you kidding?! I was the first one to praise the conviction of Hunter Biden. His reign of terror over the world (and the moon) has come to an end. Hallelujah.

I have friends who desperately want to have children and can't do it without the help of fertility treatments, and I can promise you their dreams have been greatly complicated due to what the Rs have done with reproductive care. Maybe you can go with them the next time they have a meeting with a doctor who tells them their clinic can't guarantee specific responses to unintended complications because they are scared that they will be prosecuted now because of what the Rs have done.

Imagine wanting so badly to have children but having to weigh that with the thought that your wife could be left to bleed out in the parking lot if something terrible happens while the doctors stand there with their hands tied.

And just to add insult to injury, the Republican VP candidate now says that people who don't have children shouldn't have a say in what happens in this country. I'm glad you haven't been affected, though.

You are not answering. What are you stating exactly? Are you saying he was not struck at all? Are you saying he was struck with shrapnel? Does this matter at all?

BS!! You may fool some but you can't fool me. LOL!!

You could just read my prior posts from today. You're like the 4th person who's asked me these exact same questions. I'm not going to keep repeating myself. My time is even more valuable than @scotchtiger's.

Okclem taking pointers on response from Karine jean-pierre. We see you though.

Nope, sure can't. There's few on this board, or anywhere really, who have the nose for BS that you do. On an unrelated note, why don't you post Gateway Pundit articles anymore?
I do what I do. Have to keep you libs off balance.

Just for you. This is where you are getting this nonsense from comrade. TGP is just fine and will remain business. I am glad to see you are giving them clicks though.

Former Obama Official, CNN Analyst Suggests Burden on Donald Trump to Prove He Was Struck By Bullet

No he torpedoed the bill authored by Republican Langford from OK because he didn't want Biden to look good, so I don't think he's really actually tough on it, at least at that border.

More stuff like the following...

pulling out of NATO
kissing up to autocrats like Putin and Orban
being in bed with Heritage Foundation nutjobs
refusing to acknowledge he lost 2020 election
putting his SIL, both sons, and daughter in WH roles
installing his DIL as RNC co-chair
funneling RNC funds to his legal cases

considering IVF/contraception bans
claiming climate change isn't real
dining with avowed Neo-nazis at MAL
fundamentally downplaying science including saying he will defund schools that require ordinary vaccines

to say nothing of all his court cases and horribly unfit personality.
Wow - real TDS exemplified.

No, I got it from the director of the FBI when he said it at a congressional hearing yesterday.

You came out with that big apology thread and now you have backtracked bro. Sad because either you are very unstable in your opinions and emotions or you were full of it in that thread.

It matters because the truth matters, and it's as simple as that.
Wow!

Where has the truth been the last 8 years. The media and the dems told you Biden's been ok, along with a whole host of lies.

And now it matters if it was a bullet or a fragment of something, that hit his ear? The truth is he was shot at.

Man, the truth?!? You can't handle the truth...

What? No one is blocking fertility treatments. MY kids were conceived using fertility treatments.

There are certain forms of IVF that raise legitimate and significant ethical and moral issues. These are not just religious or political issues. Gene editing (creating designer babies) and the destroying embryos are but some of them. But not all IVF does this. Again, if you cannot see this for what it is, then you simply do not want to. You've picked you team; you are going to root for them no matter what.

These are topics for another thread, so if you want to further this discussion let's go to another thread.

Very thankful. My wife’s best friend has gone through countless treatments as well. This is in South Carolina. Truly heartbreaking stuff.

Never once has there been any fear communicated by their doctor over not being able to continue treatments. Maybe their doctor was just protecting them, but this has been going on since 2019 for them with zero barriers.

But yes, I am fortunate. My career, family life, etc has been great under Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden. The office has made zero impact for me and my peers. In my opinion, this is what makes America great.

Indeed - this thread has gone off the rails - exactly as @24TIGER did NOT intend it to be used as when he started it (and I'm sure why he hasn't been posting in it often)

Libs have no regard for truth. In fact, they despise the very idea of it.

To the conspiracy theorist that it was not a bullet, I have a simple question:

How could technology slow the video down, capture the bullet grazing by his head, and not be able to catch any sort of shrapnel or objects flying by his head?

You would think a bullet would be a lot harder to capture from photo/video than a bullet? Just a common sense theory?

But at the end of the day, someone tried to assassinate them and in typical liberal fashion, they want to twist and turn that b/c Orange Man Bad

Weird. Lower nominal returns and significantly higher interest rates typically mean worse stock market performance. If only there was a way to quantify that….without anecdotes…

OK, you've convinced me (long ago, in fact) that it is entirely possible that something other than a bullet could have caused the apparent injury to DJT's ear.

Consider for a moment that the only people who could possibly know this with any certainty are those that have personally treated the wound. Depending on the exact nature of the wound, not even DJT himself can know except by what he was told by his physician.

Now consider from whom you are hearing that DJT was in fact NOT struck by a bullet. Not one is speaking from a first or even secondhand account.

If we find out that it was a bullet fragment that barely nicked his ear vs the entire bullet that barely nicked his ear… well that changes everything apparently.

Nobody can tell us why it changes everything. But apparently it does!
