Great job by Bret Baier in his Interview with Lyin’ Kamala Harris. She has a massive and irredeemable case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME - So bad, in fact, that she is barely able to talk about any subject other than the man who had the best economy ever, the strongest border in history, and who just got the UNANIMOUS ENDORSEMENT OF THE U.S. Border Patrol, ME! Their Endorsement was a TREMENDOUS HONOR!!! They said that Comrade Kamala did a terrible job, the absolute worst in memory, and can’t be allowed to do it again. She is also the WORST Vice President in history, but hopefully will soon be GONE. Again, congratulations to Bret Baier on a tough but very fair interview, one that clearly showed how totally incompetent Kamala is. For the good of our Nation, her inferior Cognitive ability must be tested at once!

The problem with trying to have equal discourse is, well, it isn't equal. We could probably civilly debate policies and opinions on Obama/Romney or Bush/Gore. But this is between a lying crooked scam artist and a run of the mill politician. The fact is that since everything that the wanna be dictator says is crazy, dangerous, and threatening to the country, it makes her the default without question. None of the socialists scare tactics you'll use as defense is reality. See Congress.
And just because the Republicans laugh it off, doesn't....as evidenced by the majority of people who worked for him and political scientists who believe him a danger to country, make it not so. You want one side to respect the other side that is completely ignorant of facts, of how government works, and just basic reality. That side, in the name of secret racism, the acceptance in the cult, loosening of socialital ethics on denigrating others will let this obscenely disqualified individual in to the hen house again. This time more armed with understanding of how to take advantage of the power. I, and many others on here, can't comprehend or respect that.
Remember she is only where she is because it was the only way to keep all the campaign money that was raised.

That even your side understands she is a historically awful candidate, but they were stuck with her.
I get the hate for trump and the idea of voting against him. I don’t understand actual enthusiasm for Kamala though. Someone on here even called her and Walz a “dream team” at one point. 🤣
And yet, despite the nasty 40 anti-Dem threads on the first page and the 50 overnight posts from a guy who will latch onto and spread any conspiracy theory without verification, or the guy in this thread who literally pulls beliefs out of his ass that he insists are true just because (Dems created a deadly bat virus to keep Trump from winning, the election was stolen because he saw some ballot carriers under a table, I'm being paid by George Soros to post here and create multiple handles, etc...etc... etc...) I'm the bad guy here because I'm one of the few that will jump into the lion's den and push back against all the nonsense.
It's not just about being conservative because I have a couple good friends who are conservative and we get along great and rarely even talk about politics, but they aren't rude, batshit crazy assholes like you find here on this board. That and the avalanche of lies are what fuel me to get in the mud and punch back. I'd much prefer it was a space where we could civilly discuss politics but the majority of the posters on the Right aren't interested in that, so that's why you see me fighting back, because just like you, I believe I'm on the right side of most of these issues and if me and a couple others didn't speak up, it would just be an echo chamber. So I will persisit.

What you're missing is that some of us feel that Trump is a much worse candidate historically speaking and we have two people to vote between, so even though she isn't our ideal candidate, she's the only thing that stands between us and an America we won't recognize.
I was the one that used the term "dream team" but you're totally missing the context. I didn't mean they were the best team, I was referring to the fact that they are complete opposites yet fit together like hand and glove. Feel free to find and re-read the post.
Fair enough. But "even your side understands and historically awful" are exaggerations. Just about qualified as anyone before her, and much more so than one.
And my side? Therein lies our problem with this cultish, I need to be on team mentality we have now. I was always a libertarian/quazi republican and fairly active in the party, until I came to some realizations. Biden is first Democrat president I've voted for. And like you pointed out, yes Trump drove me to vote for Biden. And Harris. In fact, I and the majority of country usually voted split tickets until the 80's and now vast majority vote straight ticket. As I will due to maga nuts.
Yea the team sports stuff and increasingly partisan nature of politics is damaging to the country. I've semi-broken from the Republican party, but I have nowhere to go because the dems are awful and a I have fundamental disagreements on core elements of their political philosophy.
The "historically awful candidate" bullshit is just very thinly veiled racism/sexism. I'd love for scotchtiger to explain how/why her resume doesn't stack up with other past candidates like George W Bush or Ronald Reagan or even Obama or especially Trump whom I'm sure scotchtiger had no problem voting for in 2016.

I'm sure you've noticed the large number of traditional Republicans that are lining up behind her, not because they agree with most of her politics but because the threat of Trump is a much bigger existential issue. If you really care about the future of your party, it seems the only way to return it to it's roots is to end the cult of maga and I find it odd that you don't see that clearly. You claim to hate trump and won't vote for him yet most of your posts make it seem like you're rooting for him to win - it's confusing.

What was Donald Trump's resume like when you voted for him in 2016 compared to hers now? This should be funny.
So you seriously believe that:
- Trump plans to lock up people who refuse to vote for him by using the military?
- Trump plans to have most Hispanics deported to Concentration camps?
So, just think about it for a second.
Who are "MOST" Hispanics? That doesn't even make sense.

She was the first to drop out of the democrat primary in 2020.
She NEVER would have won an open and contested primary. Never. She was highly unpopular as VP.
