I think what we have now is three countries very wary of each other. I'm not sure what the Russian-Chinese relationship is but I don't think they are allies.

While on the surface I do agree with that, but it totally depends on where you are setting the standard. I am totally much more comfortable with what Trump does, than anything Obama said or did. So, in my opinion, Trump has brought back transparency and openness to the office; whereas Obama was secretive, misleading, and out right lying about everything except for his goal of "fundamentally transforming America".
When you say "trolling the other side", I would disagree that his trolling is directed at one side. I don't see Trump as a Republican. His trolling, in my view, is directed at those, Rebub or Dem, who are comfortable, or haven't awaken yet, to the idea that the gov't has been over taken by a cabal of New World Order types who are hell bent on bringing our ideals into a global, socialist collective.

And democrats don’t = socialists so my point still remains. For some reason, a large portion of republicans have recently been led to believe they’ve been bullied and Trump is standing up for them (by bullying the “other side”). This just isn’t the case and feeds into the growing division in our country. It’s when either side starts to believe that they’re against some evil across the table that we will destroy ourselves internally. There are some outlandish politicians with unacceptable views but, for the most part, the other side (no matter your political POV) isn’t evil. They just disagree with you. The President has to stand up for all Americans and not feed into this internal dissension. I promise the Russians and Chinese don’t really care who wins but they know that they can do the things they have and it will turn our country against itself. Russia interferes, dems want Trump ousted and republicans reprimanded. China interferes, the republicans blame the Democrats. These other countries don’t care who they “side” with, they just know that it will turn America against itself. They don’t have a political affiliation when it comes to Rep or Dem but they have an agenda and it seems to be working.

And btw, most of these issues you see on the media are just a diversion. There are more real and more imminent problems that we face as a country and they aren’t on Fox News or CNN.
