Hungary is/WAS a democracy before Orban came in and started incrementally hollowing it out to institute a program of indefinite majority rule that allows him to function in the manner of a dictator. The counter sniper also said the agency "SHOULD expect another assassination attempt" before November and complained that he is no longer proud to be a USSS counter sniper after leadership failed the officers at the Trump rally in Butler on 7/13.

To okclem's point about fascism, in order to be a fascist one most first be a statist (insofar as fascism asserts the primacy of the state before elevating it as the main source of militaristic national pride). No organization is more anti-statist than The Mises Institutile. Heritage is not far behind. Dismantlement of the administrative state is the antithesis to statism, and it's close sibling, fascism. I suppose it's reasonable to question if this is what this particular think tank truly aims to achieve, but the sentiment is most certainly mainstream (as are the other 3 summary points of Project '25).

• Repeatedly and to this day denied that he actually lost the 2020 election
• Repeatedly pressure Mike Pence to refuse to play his part in our peaceful transfer of power. Trump spent months and now years piling on Pence for refusing to do and called him a "pussy" around the time Pence had to run for his life on Jan 6.
• Deployed fake elector schemes in multiple states that were hatched by his team. They literally showed up in different states with fake paperwork trying to usurp the will of the people.

These people are so deep in a cult they're not willing to acknowledge the reality that is staring them in the face. It's disgusting and what pisses me off is it's so unAmerican.
