Is that you Michael Lindell? Back on the crack I see...

Wow, this would have been nice to do BEFORE Biden was made President. Now to be fair, I realize that it can take quite a bit of time to assemble this evidence. BUT wasn't Trump JUST BITCHING on Truth Social about how long it took the Ga DA to get her evidence together and using that amount of time to justify why this evidence wasn't valid?

Man I ashamed to say this, but I sometimes do the same thing... but on purpose. I use it when I want to emphasize a particular word, but don't want to capitalize every letter like I'm yelling it.

FWIW, I've a really good friend who's an English professor here. She once threatened to Roofy, prison rape me while I was out, then harvest a kidney to sell on the black market if I didn't stop that. So you are not alone in this driving you crazy... to be fair the whole harvesting a kidney thing seemed over the top. But then she's the kind of woman who pats me on the head and says: There, their, they're...

Gateway Pundit Attorneys Release Statement in Response to Fani Willis’s Lies and Misrepresentations of Voter Fraud and Ballot Stuffing at State Farm Center in November 2020

This guest post was submitted by attorneys representing The Gateway Pundit
The Fulton County, GA indictment of President Trump is a political vendetta and show trial reminiscent of the Soviet Show Trials of the 1930s. Americans have long prided themselves that something like that spectacle and mockery of the judicial system could not happen here. Well, we can pride ourselves on this no longer.
Prosecutors at the state and federal levels are abusing their powers to serve the interests of their political party and the oligarchs who ultimately run this nation. These political prosecutions are an abomination and undermine justice and the rule of law. They erode the public’s faith in the supposed equal and fair application of the law. The weaponization of the “justice system” is a blight on our Republic and the American system of governance.

A substantial portion of the prosecution’s case focuses on attacking President Trump and his attorneys and allies for drawing attention to clearly suspicious conduct throughout election day, 2020, at the State Farm Center. This suspicious conduct was captured by surveillance footage. The footage speaks for itself and anyone can review it to see it: https://vimeo.com/showcase/8821960/video/704661448.

The footage cries out for scrutiny.

The Gateway Pundit reviewed this video when it was presented to the Georgia Senate by President Trump’s attorneys on December 3, 2023
Upon our review of the video, we believed then and firmly believe now that the video shows:
  • a suspicious stash of ballots being hidden under a table, and
  • a select group of poll workers returning to scan and count the hidden ballots for a further two hours after all independent observers were apparently driven to leave under false pretenses that all counting for the evening was concluded.
Pointing out these patently suspicious activities and drawing the obvious conclusion that fraud was occurring before one’s very eyes is not a crime. Demanding accountability and a free and fair election is not a crime. Petitioning the government for redress of grievances is not a crime.
What is a crime, however, is a corrupt, biased prosecutor (Fani Willis) abusing the powers of her office to initiate politically driven prosecutions. Willis and her office appear to be engaging in a conspiracy to deprive President Trump, his lawyers, and supporters, of their civil rights under the Constitution. Once President Trump prevails in this Soviet-esque show trial, we look forward to his suit against Willis for malicious prosecution. We also question why Georgia leaders have not impeached Willis for her abuse of power already.

Thats why we have the vote. Do you really think people will be motivated to vote for Joe Biden and the circus performers?

And you would never vote for a republican under any circumstance so it doesn't really matter if he can sway you or not.
Biden won the election. He will win again if facing Trump. These are one fact and one opinion

Congress probing whether Democrats improperly using nonprofits, foreign money to win elections

Rep. Claudia Tenney says Ways and Means panel to investigate whether tax law broken or foreign money being used to funnel cash into elections.

The powerful House Ways and Means Committee is opening a probe into whether liberal activists are misusing tax-exempt nonprofits to mobilize Democrat voters in battleground states, injecting foreign money into elections, or evading campaign finance laws.
Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., a member of the tax-writing committee and a founder and the House Election Integrity Caucus, said Wednesday that Democrats are far ahead of Republicans in running campaigns to get voters to cast early or absentee ballots and lawmakers are concerned that foreign money may be seeping into the process.
"We're going to be investigating that as a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and the Oversight Subcommittee," Tenney told the Just the News, No Noise TV show Wednesday.
The IRS says that 501(c)3 tax-exempt ground can conduct voter registration and get-out-the-vote drives but only "if they are conducted in a neutral, non-partisan manner, for example, without reference to any candidate or political party."
But Tenney said she is concerned liberal activists are using the system for "vote trafficking" to push only voters who support Democrats to the polls and to accept large funds from liberal donors or foreigners interested only in electing Democrats.
"We're going to look into whether they're abusing the IRS rules in order to get all kinds of money, whether it's foreign money or Sam Bankman-Fried's mother funneling money in there to target certain types of voters in certain demographics in swing states to make sure that they get those vote votes in," she continued.
Committee Chairman Jason Smith sent a memo to committee members this week – obtained by Just the News – saying his team has gathered evidence suggested possible abuses of tax-exempt groups by Democrats, including mis-expenditures of tax-exempt funds and use of foreign money.
"The Committee has learned that a Super Political Action Committee (PAC) recommended donations to 501(c)(3) organizations as 'the single most effective tactic for ensuring Democratic victories' and that large donations from a wealthy donor to state election offices in 2020 may have been done in a manner that helps one political party over another," Smith wrote. "Additionally, the Committee has also found that significant amounts of foreign money is flowing through 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations to influence elections."
You can read that memo here:

Tenney implored the GOP to catch up to a Democrat machinery that has pushed millions of Americans to vote early in the last few elections and used lawsuits and litigation to gain electoral advantages.
"Republicans have to recognize that we can't just go to our top voters and plead with them about how good our policies are, we actually have to not only win over voters and do what you should do, and in a campaign is to win on policy," she said. "We also have to get people to understand they need to vote and they need to we need to get those ballots in the box. Because when a Democrat goes to the door, they get a ballot when we go to the door, we say we sure hope you vote for our candidates. And here's our great persuasive argument. And that's just reality.
She added: "We have got to get aggressive. And we also have to look at the next factor. The Democrats use the the legal system, they're doing what they call 'lawfare.' That means suing, suing, and suing."
Election integrity has burst back into the news recently, specifically in the key battleground of Michigan. Officials there, Just the News reported Wednesday, admitted they uncovered an operation during the 2020 election that produced fraudulent ballot applications among 8,000 to 10,000 recovered by police. The case was referred to the FBI months ago, according to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's press secretary Danny Wimmer.
Wimmer told The Detroit News last week that the "attempted fraud" was stopped prior to Election Day because the state election system worked and the applicants were not added to the voter rolls.
Tenney said she believes the Democrats have allegedly done as "vote trafficking" that is "getting ballots from people who don't even realize or care whether they vote or not."

Trump's lawyers must be deep state.

Can you imagine trying to be his lawyers.

Lawyer: "Sir, Having a press conference where you again state lies that have been debunked that you based a criminal conspiracy on isn't a very good idea when you have been indicted for literally telling these same lies and starting a conspiracy.".

Trump: " But I want to get the libs! Don't retreat! Bwahh!"

Lawyer: " But that's admitting to guilt."

Trump: " But I said I would! No Retreat!"

Lawyer: " You shouldn't say these things publicly "

Trump: " Can Rudy do it?"

Lawyer: " Rudy might be a little unwilling at this point seeing as how he's going to prison."

Trump: " Wait.... Is prison actually a possibility....".

Welcome to the Circus: Georgia in the Ring

Georgia Grand Jury Delivers Indictment In 2020 Election Case

On Monday, August 14, 2023, the Fulton County District Attorney, Fani Willis, filed a list of criminal charges against Donald Trump, proving conclusively that a grand jury of the state had voted that there was probable cause that Trump had violated state law related to his investigation into the 2020 presidential election.

Except—oops! The grand jury had not voted yet, and the filing was in error. The following day the grand jury in Fulton County voted, obediently rubber-stamping Willis’s claims (“I could indict a ham sandwich,” as Brooklyn United States Attorney Thomas Puccio famously said), and she trotted back to the podium to crow.

So, what next? First, Trump’s attorneys undoubtedly have to consider various options related to the public accusation that Trump was indicted prior to the grand jury even finishing deliberations, much less voting. Is this a type of defamation? Does this prejudice any jury? Is this grounds to dismiss the indictment, or grounds for appeal? I am skeptical of all of these claims, but the screw-up does obviously make Willis and her office look like a bunch of clowns. One thing we do know: We will never discover why the filing was made.

Second, what specific process will we see in coming days? This is now the fourth criminal indictment against Trump, the others being the Alvin Bragg New York state 34-count business crimes indictment, the 37-count federal prosecution in Miami related to “mishandling” classified documents, and the federal Jack Smith four-count “conspiracy to do politics” indictment. But in those three prior cases, Trump was spared the “ordinary” process of being handcuffed and booked and held in custody prior to an arraignment. In the deep South, however, they love a circus (clowns, remember?) and it is highly likely prosecutors will insist Trump be handcuffed and his mugshot taken. The Democratic fundraising opportunities are just too good.

Frankly, the only reason for this “ordinary” process is managerial: The sheer volume of perps in a weekend lockup justifies a system for holding individuals in custody temporarily while they wait for a judge to take an initial look at their case and determine conditions of pretrial release. With Trump, however, the man is not a flight risk (he’s running for president, remember?), and his case is extremely easy: There is literally no reason to put him in a prison jumper, take a mugshot, and hold him for any period of time. In fact, doing so is a waste of state resources, but it's Georgia, so why not?

Third, and most critically, what about the substance of the indictments? We now have Trump and eighteen individuals, mostly lawyers, indicted in Georgia on state RICO charges. For the uninitiated: Under federal and state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Acts, prosecutors can charge individuals for non-crimes, if those non-crimes were committed in furtherance of actual crimes. In essence, it is designed to go after Mafia dons (get it?) or others insulated from criminal activities, but who sit at the top of criminal enterprises. Typically these are proved with a “hub and spoke” theory, where prosecutors prove two or more “spokes” of crimes, such as breaking into election equipment, and then try to tie the spokes to the hub—in this case Trump.

I have followed the Georgia issues for quite some time and had a strong suspicion that Jack Smith would use federal RICO and Georgia predicates to go after Trump. But other legal experts have noted that the federal RICO statute isn’t as aggressive as the Georgia one, and my understanding is that the various Georgia predicates are thin. Stuck between a fact-intensive and complex (and risky!) indictment relating to Georgia or a paper-thin but showy indictment that is more readily understandable by the public, Smith wisely chose the latter. He would likely lose both cases, but at least the second option will give him good left-wing press in the meantime. Further, some commentators have suggested that Mark Meadows is cooperating with Jack Smith; by indicting him, Willis could be signaling that Georgia and the feds are not playing well together: Another reason for Smith to leave Georgia behind.

Reading through the 41-count, 98-page Fulton County indictment, the facts are already well-known. One major event involves Ruby Freeman. Based upon my discussion with witnesses, this low-level Georgia poll worker got spooked after the November 2020 election, asked to speak at a police station, and copped to witnessing, and participating in, voter fraud in the state. Since then, the story in the media has flipped: Rather than whistleblowing on Democratic voter fraud, Ruby Freeman is the victim of witness intimidation. Bringing her to the witness stand and disclosing the evidence she provided (including the police body cam footage where she admits to the fraud) is probably not wise for Democrats in the state.

A second spoke of the wheel involves Coffee County. There, a marquee forensics firm, SullivanStrickler LLC, engaged at Sidney Powell’s behest, ran diagnostics on voting machines that clerks had authorized her to explore. The indictment lists her criminal act as contracting with SullivanStrickler. This is telling, because Willis is trying to exonerate the major, heavily lawyered corporation that actually did the dirty work—which was, to my understanding, totally lawful. Hmm.

The third spoke involves the so-called “fake electors.” Without belaboring the point, this is one of those areas in constitutional law where sovereign rights of a state operate in a vacuum. There is historical precedent for multiple slates of electors competing to cast their votes in the Electoral College, but this time, somehow, it is criminal.

Finally, there is a mishmash of charges against Trump or advisors related to public statements, or calls to public officials, under RICO statutes. Act 32 in the indictment, for example, lists Trump’s tweet that Kemp (and by the way, where is the governor here?) should call a special session of the legislature as, and I quote, “an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.” I don’t need to remind you that the First Amendment protects all of this activity, but I wouldn’t be shocked if a hand-picked jury in Atlanta and a left-wing judge conspire to make this stick—at least at the jury-trial level. But the Georgia Supreme Court is fairly establishment conservative, and on this and other counts there is some likelihood they weigh in.

The upshot of this entire saga is that we will coast through the nigh-inevitable Republican presidential nomination of Trump in 2024 before any of his four indictments are brought to trial, and the presidential election of 2024 will occur before there is final resolution on any particular legal issue. This is perfect for Democrats and weak Republicans, because they can cast aspersions on Trump without having to deliver the goods, and can continue to fundraise in a complicit media environment.

Lessons? For my part, there are two. First, I am going to be largely ignoring these matters. Left-wing legal experts on CNN and elsewhere will be tossing out wild theories left and right for views: Can the President pardon himself? Can he run if he’s in prison? The practical effect of these questions is to make the viewer believe Trump is already a criminal, or that the prosecutions are in any sense legitimate. Based upon the weakness of the cases and the timeline, I sincerely doubt any of these questions will ever become relevant. But it is certainly the case that after years of Jimmy Carter and others chastising foreign governments for engaging in electoral chicanery with opposition candidates, our own government has now joined the party. Embarrassing.

The second and greatest lesson learned from this, to me, is that prosecutorial resources in a single county (even in purple states) can be commandeered to gain national media and can empty the public fisc to drain the campaign coffers of enemy politicians. Against an overweening federal government, county officials—sheriffs, clerks, boards of education, prosecutors—still reign supreme in the United States. Right-wing prosecutors could learn a lesson here: You might lose a few soccer moms by trying to lock up Hunter Biden or Marc Elias, but you will raise tons of money to more than offset that. Run the Bragg playbook, and you can stave off electoral challenges from left and right. Run the Willis or Abrams playbook, and you might make a national name for yourself. In the new America, it doesn’t matter if the work you do is garbage.

Report Shows GBI Strategies as Part of Massive Left-Wing Dark Money Voting Operation by Democrats in 2020 Election

By Ben Wetmore Aug. 17, 2023 8:00 am

The firm at the center of a three-year long voter fraud investigation is also featured in a report this week from the Capital Research Center, identifying the massive ‘dark money’ used to prop up Joe Biden’s flailing 2020 campaign. The firm, GBI Strategies, was paid millions in non-profit money to ‘organize’ voters for purposes that appear to be thinly-veiled campaigning. Meaning that, left-wing billionaires routed money through non-profits to give to GBI Strategies, money that would be difficult to trace and would be spent affecting elections.

The author of the report, Parker Thayer, spoke with the Gateway Pundit and explained more: “This whole effort was a major push by the left to elect Democrats. They called it the Voter Rights Project or VRP, and also sometimes called it ‘Everybody Votes’ but what it really was, was the funding hub. They were coordinating their fundraising and their spending to get their desired result: putting Democrats in power. This was the mechanism they used to make sure they won.”
“VRP was a funding hub in eight targeted swing states.”

“If you look at the timing of the funds and the amounts, it appears that they were paying by registration. If that’s the case then the problems with quality control seem more obvious: there was a strong financial incentive to turn in voters.”

Paying employees by the number of registrations they collect is highly unethical and a good indicator of potential fraud.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that 8,000-10,000 fraudulent registrations were discovered in just one county in Michigan that were “created” by GBI Strategies. GBI Strategies was operating in 20 states in 2020 and all of the battleground states.
The Gateway Pundit has more evidence that this was not an isolated event in one Michigan county. We will present this damning evidence in the coming days.
Thayer continued: “GBI’s role in this massive scheme was when the 2020 election started heating up and the pandemic started these left-leaning nonprofits had trouble getting volunteers or anyone to work. So they turned to consulting firms like GBI who were paid to do the work instead. But proper legal barriers between profit and non-profit entities and quality control were not maintained, especially in the case of GBI where they are now accused of turning in clearly fraudulent ballot applications. Yet GBI was paid millions by a wide variety of Democrat campaigns, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, and various left-wing non-profits and foundations.”

from the report by the Capital Research Center
“The Democrats and Joe Biden needed GBI to get the votes they needed to win, and they paid them a lot of money to do it,” Thayer continued.
The Capital Research Center is a center-right organization that conducts and provides objective research into foundation and political spending.
The funders of this effort are the familiar usual suspects: leftist billionaire Warren Buffet, far-left radical nation-killer George Soros, left-wing Pierre Omidyar who founded and funded The Intercept, among a wide variety of left-wing interests. These groups were further incentivized to give by the way in which the funds were raised and spent by non-profit charities even though they were committed to electing far-left Democrats.
Parker Thayer’s advice to fix this situation is to better regulate how non-profits spend money on campaigns, “This is a loophole that Democrats have been abusing for decades. These kind of groups are doing things that shouldn’t be doing with money that is being written off in taxes by left-wing billionaires and their buddies. It’s going to continue this way until it either becomes illegal or stops working.”
